OSKARS M-200 Grinding agent and Polishing agent – coarse
OSKARS M-200 GRINDING AGENT and POLISHING AGENT has been developed for the preparation and maintenance of polyester moulds and epoxy resin moulds and surfaces and is especially intended for CFRP preparation / CFRP maintenance and FRP preparation / FRP maintenance. It is used for the quick clean removal of sanding marks and scratches caused by dry sanding and wet sanding with sandpaper.
OSKARS M-200 GRINDING AGENT and POLISHING AGENT – coarse – is a universal, highly effective balanced mixture of fine and medium-fine abrasive particles, for professional hand and machine processing at high temperatures and is used for coarse preparatory work.
The special aluminium oxide abrasive particles in OSKARS M-200 GRINDING AGENT and POLISHING AGENT – coarse – break down into increasingly finer grit during the grinding process, ensuring gentle, outstanding simultaneous action of grinding and polishing without damaging the surface.
We recommend finishing with OSKARS M-300 GRINDING AGENT and POLISHING AGENT – fine – to produce a high-gloss surface.

Usage
CAUTION: SHAKE CONTAINER WELL BEFORE USE.
All surfaces to be worked on must be clean and free of foreign material, as these will damage the surface.
Apply OSKARS M-200 GRINDING AGENT and POLISHING AGENT - coarse - evenly over an area of approx. 50 x 50 cm (2-3 sqft) with a clean, soft cloth or directly with the polishing wheel. Polish this area until scratches and sanding marks are removed and the desired surface quality is achieved.
As soon as OSKARS M-200 GRINDING AGENT and POLISHING AGENT - coarse - dries, increase the contact pressure when polishing to produce an increased surface gloss. We recommend the OSKARS lambskin POLISHING PAD type 880 A.
Recommended machine speed: 1800 to 2100 rpm.
IMPORTANT: REGULARLY REMOVE RESIDUES FROM THE POLISHING PADS AND CLEAN THEM.
We recommend finishing with OSKARS M-300 GRINDING AGENT and POLISHING AGENT - fine - to produce a high gloss surface.
