OSKARS M-300 Grinding agent and Polishing agent – fine
OSKARS M-300 GRINDING AGENT and POLISHING AGENT - fine - for the treatment and care of polyester moulds and epoxy resin moulds as well as epoxy resin surfaces. It is especially designed for CFRP preparation / CFRP care and FRP preparation / FRP care. It contains fine aluminium oxide abrasive particles - specially developed for machine processing under high temperatures as well as hand processing.
OSKARS M-300 GRINDING AGENT and POLISHING AGENT – fine – results in completely smooth and high-gloss surfaces.
The special aluminium oxide abrasive particles in OSKARS M-300 GRINDING AGENT and POLISHING AGENT – fine – break down during the sanding process to ever finer grit sizes and thus ensure the gentle, outstanding simultaneous effect of sanding and polishing without damaging the surface.
A well-pretreated base is requested, e.g. with OSKARS M-200 GRINDING AGENT and POLISHING AGENT – coarse, to remove larger scratches.
To produce a surface with a brilliant high gloss, we recommend finishing with OSKARS M-400 GRINDING AGENT and POLISHING AGENT – extra fine.
With OSKARS M-500 LIQUID MOULD RELEASE WAX, a temporary protection of the mould is achieved by sealing with pure carnauba wax. In addition, this is an ideal base for the subsequent application of OSKARS M-700 MOULD RELEASE PASTE WAX – solid or OSKARS M-710 MOULD RELEASE PASTE WAX – soft.

Usage
CAUTION: SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE.
All surfaces to be worked on must be clean and free of foreign material, as these will damage the surface if they get into the polishing pads or cloths.
Apply OSKARS M-300 GRINDING AGENT and POLISHING AGENT - fine - evenly over an area of approx. 50 x 50 cm (2-3 sqft) with a clean, soft cloth or directly with the polishing pad. Polish this area until scratches and sanding marks are removed and the desired surface quality is achieved.
As soon as OSKARS M-300 GRINDING AGENT and POLISHING AGENT - fine - dries, increase the contact pressure when polishing to produce an increased surface gloss. We recommend the OSKARS lambskin POLISHING PAD type 880 A.
Recommended machine speed: 1800 to 2100 rpm.
IMPORTANT: ONLY USE CLEAN POLISHING PADS AND CLEAN THEM REGULARLY.
Prerequisite: a well pre-treated base, e.g. with OSKARS M-200 GRINDING AGENT and POLISHING AGENT - coarse, to remove larger scratches.
Further treatment: Refinish with OSKARS M-400 POLISHING AGENT - extra fine - creates the desired high gloss finish.
Final treatment: To remove residues and give the surface a temporary carnauba wax protection, apply OSKARS M-500 LIQUID MOULD RELEASE WAX.
