OSKARS M-500 Liquid Mould Release Wax
OSKARS M-500 LIQUID MOULD RELEASE WAX is a silicone-free liquid wax based on carnauba, which is used for cleaning and renewing the release wax in used polyester moulds and epoxy resin moulds. Perfect for mould preparation when processing CFRP composites or FRP composites.
If wax build-up occurs in a mould, OSKARS M-500 LIQUID MOULD RELEASE WAX is used to clean and renew the release wax.
However, it is not suitable for removing wax build-up from grained surfaces. These should be cleaned with a suitable solvent.

OSKARS M-500 LIQUID MOULD RELEASE WAX must not be used alone as a release wax; the mould must be carefully treated with OSKARS M-700 MOULD RELEASE PASTE WAX – solid – or OSKARS M-710 MOULD RELEASE PASTE WAX – soft – first.
Usage
CAUTION: SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE.
OSKARS M-500 LIQUID MOULD RELEASE WAX is applied to an area of approx. 1 m² (10 sqft) with a clean, soft cloth.
Polish lightly without pressure, using several clean soft cloths. The treatment can be repeated again if necessary.
If it is necessary to apply OSKARS M-500 LIQUID MOULD RELEASE WAX more than twice to remove the wax or because a solvent has been used, it is essential to apply 1-3 coats of OSKARS M-700 MOULD RELEASE PASTE WAX - solid - or OSKARS M-710 MOULD RELEASE PASTE WAX - soft - in the mould. The number of coats depends on how much wax has been removed during the cleaning process.
