OSKARS M-600 SP Mould Cleaner
OSKARS M-600 SP MOULD CLEANER is a versatile high performance cleaner for the removal of resins, adhesives, waxes and PUR or polymer residues on polyester moulds and metal moulds. For dissolving stubborn soiling of thermal residues and thermoset residues.
Every dirty mould should be thoroughly cleaned before a new release agent application.
OSKARS M-600 SP MOULD CLEANER ensures that the residues of the polish are removed from new moulds without leaving any residues and down to the pores.
Good adhesion of the sealer in the mould is guaranteed.
- Application for synthetic resin moulds and metal moulds
- Effectively and aggressively removes cured polyester resin, epoxy resin and phenolic resin
- Removes adhesive residues
- Removes PUR or polymer residues
- Removes stubborn contamination from thermoplastic and thermoset residues

Usage
Use a brush or cotton cloth to apply OSKARS M-600 SP MOULD CLEANER. After 10 minutes of exposure, the residue is dissolved and can be easily wiped off with a cloth. It can also be removed mechanically.
For dry surfaces, use a volatile solvent such as acetone after cleaning.
