OSKARS M-620 Release Agent
OSKARS M-620 SP SEPARATING AGENT is a semi-permanent, reactive separating agent suitable for multiple separations of used synthetic resin moulds, FRP moulds and metal moulds in model making and mould construction.
OSKARS M-620 SP RELEASE AGENT is ideally suited for processing polyester, acrylic, vinyl ester, epoxy resin, DCPD resin – especially for hand laminate, fibre spraying, cold wet pressing, vacuum injection, RTM, SMC, rotational moulds and for moulds with high surface porosity.
The release agent application gives the mould the necessary slip properties and achieves the required release effect. This enables problem-free demoulding and prevents chemical stick-up problems. Further treatment, such as bonding and painting, is thus guaranteed.

Usage
Apply OSKARS M-620 SP RELEASE AGENT with a lint-free cotton cloth on the cleaned mould surface.
After a short contact time, polish to a high gloss with a clean cloth under light pressure without leaving streaks.
After polishing, a curing time of at least 15 minutes is recommended.
If the demoulding quality decreases, 1-2 coats of OSKARS M-620 SP RELEASE AGENT must be applied.
Dirty surfaces must be cleaned with a suitable mold cleaner before use.
We recommend OSKARS M-600 SP MOULD CLEANER.
If an aggressive cleaner has been used, it is necessary to use a mold sealer afterwards. We recommend OSKARS M-610 SP RELEASE AGENT and SEALING AGENT.
